Dog: Shaggy, white (but dirty) Dog Breed: Unknown Sex: Unknown Color: Unknown Found: Sep 30, 2011 Rescuer: Janeene Contact Info: Send Email • 512-581-8990 I saw a small dog (20ish lbs) with shaggy, white (but dirty), kinda wavy hair today trotting in the median of Highway 71 near Hidden Bluff; he was heading toward Bastrop. I stopped and tried to called it, but was afraid that I would frighten it into traffic. I called Bastrop County Animal Control and they were sending someone to try to pick it up.
