Reference entry #825 - Cardinal Loop area? He should have had a collar with a tag and a bell. Do you have another picture or is the pickup area correct? This kind of looks like Woody and yet then again it doesn't. Woody's hair had been cut for comfort in the summer however he has at least 1" long hair for the most part. Thanks!
