Can anyone provide an update on this kitty? Bastrop Vetrinary Clinic had him & transferred him to what I thought was AHS but see nothing further on him anywhere!

Update found: Austin Pets Alive! Cheezit, along with his pal Rosie, survived the fire that destroyed their family's home. Cheezit had burned paws, and his eyes were completely crusted shut from smoke exposure. After a little while on IV fluids, his eyes began to produce tears again, and they began to open on their own. Under light sedation, his paws and eyes were cleaned and treated by Dr Watley. He will be seen by another vet for smoke inhalation. We arranged for a community foster with medical experience to care for Cheezit and Rosie while their people get some ground under their feet.
