Found this sweet dirty pup in between Bastrop and Austin at a gas station headed straight for HWY 290. Was filthy, covered in fleas, dirt burrs... we cleaned him up REALLY well, but now what??? Looking for his owners. Doesn't seem like he was mistreated. Red collar, no tags. Male, intact. Help!!! I can't keep him and I really don't want to give him to the shelter.
