Large male Labrador found on Oltorf by the S. Congress HEB. He was a little dusty and a bit hungry. Rescuer dropped him off at TLAC this morning (9-24).

REUNITED!! I did. And it turned out he had a microchip & will be going home! (Pet sitter lost him while owner was out of town...that is disturbing. I've heard several stories about that recently. )
