Don't know that there are "owners". We have a colony of cats that are cared for on Cardinal Drive and Cardinal Loop. This kitten looks familiar to that group. ?'s 512-332-1578 I don't think we are ready to have the kittens/cats back yet. Still kind of hot back in there.
