FOUND DOG, BASTROP/SMITHVILLE FIRE: "Smokie" as named by firefighters. 70lb female. Black with a little brown. Gray/white highlights on paws, ears, chest and nose. Possibly a Catahoula-Shepherd / Australian Shepherd / Chow-Heeler Mix (suggested by Vet). No chip. No Tags. Found wearing Blue/Brown Flowers collar near Cottletown Rd. and Long Trail off Hwy 71/95. Checked by vet - has low blood pressure and mild case of heart worms (seen in microscope) which is being treated. She was given vaccinations at vet. Please contact to make positive ID.
