#328 on this site under "found" says a possible cairin. This pup's hair is a little shorter.

There is a dog at Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter that looks a lot like JayJay. Coloring is a little darker but it could be lighting. They have her listed as Jo-Jo, Animal ID # 13258599 with an intake date of 9/13/11. It doesn't say if she was a stray or how she got there. Click Here

Sorry it's not a match, at the same time, glad wildfire dogs aren't being put up for adoption so soon!!

I saw a dog that looked like this trotting in the middle of Highway 71 near Hidden Bluff; it was trotting toward Bastrop. I stoppd and called it, but I was afraid I would frighten it into traffic. I called the Bastrop Animal Control and they were sending someone to try to pick it up. Saying lots of prayers that this dog finds its home.
